Most significant is the number 4 on the date ring, singled out in blue to honor Gehrig’s iconic number 4, the vertical brushed silver dial to evoke Gehrig’s famous nickname: The Iron Horse, and the baseball glove inspired double-stitched leather strap. The 2,130 pieces represent the record-setting number
